Workshop: Art and Mental Health

Workshop: Exploring the connection between art and mental health.
– June 14, at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Artist Peter Stage instagram.com/stagepeter will talk a bit about how important art has been in his own healing journey from depression and bipolar. We will then continue with the invitation to explore your own feelings on paper.
As always, coffee, tea and waffles will be available.

Aglaia Michelaki will be co-hosting the workshop. Aglaia has studies in Art History from the University of Toronto, and has worked in the arts for years before studying Psychotherapy. She is now exploring the bridge between the two worlds.
