What to Expect:
A warm gathering to explore the gentle power of self-acceptance, through Gestalt insights, thoughtful philosophy, and the poetry of everyday life.
You’ll be invited to explore creative practices that help you meet yourself, here and now, with curiosity and gentleness, inviting you to settle in to your personal way of being in the world.
Together, we’ll explore:
- The present moment, noticing what our awareness brings to life
- Gentle awareness of thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations
- Meeting the polarities of yourself with curiosity and kindness
- Self-support: discovering ease in being fully oneself
- No fixing, no pressure — just curiosity, presence, and shared exploration. Poems and quotes inspiration will from Rumi, Laura Perls, Pablo Neruda, Rilke, and more.
Who Is This For:
Anyone longing to feel more at ease with themselves, without striving to “become” or “improve”
People who want softer and more creative ways of relating to themselves
Anyone curious about Gestalt-based practices in a supportive, English-speaking circle
No prior knowledge required — just come as you are
