Summers are amazing
The sunlight is finally abundant, the weather in Copenhagen is (somewhat) nice, and you can spend time outdoors – but it also comes with a lot of pressure. It can feel like everyone else is “feeling electric tonight, cruisin’ down the coast, goin’ ’bout 99” – so shouldn’t I feel amazing too?
This workshop invites you to
– explore some of the emotional challenges that can come with summer: maybe there is a pressure to have fun, FOMO, body image issues, seasonal affective disorder, changes in routine.
– Together, we will explore why summer is not always as shiny as it seems, and try out some tools and techniques that can help us feel more grounded, present, and grateful in our current experience — methods that can help us feel better about ourselves, our lives, and our summers.
🌤️ In this workshop, you’ll explore:
– What makes summer feel overwhelming for some, despite its bright image
– The impact of FOMO, social comparison, and lifestyle pressure
– Grounding practices to reconnect to your own experience
– Tools for presence, gratitude, and emotional regulation during seasonal highs and lows
🌿 Whether this season brings you joy or challenges—or both—this is a space to reflect, connect, and take a mindful pause.
No prior experience needed—just come as you are. 💚
