Join our workshop on Tuesday 4th at 17:30 – 20:00
The painful pang that comes with the thought “I’m not good enough” is familiar to many of us; it is a natural part of being human. But who defines what is good enough? Why do we strive to be enough for others? And why does it hurt so much when we feel like we are not?
Join Antonio in exploring these questions and perhaps going a step further to see if there is another way of being. A way in which our sense of worth is not tied to what we think others think of us.
This workshop begins with a knowledge share on how we develop our definitions of value, the purpose behind feelings of inadequacy, and possibilities for living differently. The following practical exploration will look at how your sense of inadequacy shows up in connection with others and what support systems you already have to rely on when discomfort arises. The practical component includes dialogic exercises and integration through art.
No preparation is needed, just come as you are. As with every Blom Collective workshop, you are welcome to open up, share, and participate as much as feels comfortable for you.

Host for the evening:
Psychotherapist in training Antonio Filipović will deliver the presentation and facilitate self-reflection and discussion.
