– Art and Mental Health Workshop
Navigating uncertainty
In a world where news of war, climate change, and inequality seems constant, many of us experience stress, confusion, or emotional fatigue—even if we’re not sure why. Whether you’re deeply affected or simply want to pause and acknowledge that you’re not alone
This workshop offers a gentle, creative space to tune into your present experience — and to notice how global uncertainty might echo in your emotions, body, and relationships.
👉Through guided artistic expression, embodied dialogue, and engaging presentations of psychological concepts and tools,
– we’ll explore how today’s uncertainty lives within us — and how outer chaos can mirror or activate inner patterns.
By connecting with images and sensations rather than just words, you may discover new ways to make sense of your feelings and experience
Art-making can help access emotions that are hard to verbalize—and bring clarity, calm, or release.
No artistic experience is needed
What matters is your willingness to stay curious and meet yourself where you are, using creative tools as a bridge to awareness. You’ll leave with a felt sense of connection—to yourself, to others, and to something bigger than the daily news cycle.
🧠 Why this matters:
- 91% of Danes report worry about global events (Danish Mental Health Foundation)
- Sick leave due to stress and anxiety rose 50% among young adults in 2023
- Prescriptions for anxiety in youth (12–24) have increased by 24% since 2022
📍 This is for you if you want to:
- Take a break from the noise
- Share or reflect in a calm, supportive setting
- Feel more grounded and less alone in uncertain times
Whether you’re anxious, curious, or just need a breather—you’re welcome. Let’s explore, create, and breathe together.
