Join our workshop on Tuesday 21st at 17:00
We all need help sometimes, yet so often we choose to bite our lips and push through instead of reaching out.
We may feel sadness, confusion, or self-doubt — but rather than seeking support, we hide and wait for the feelings to “pass.”
Why is it so hard for many of us to ask for help?
And why is it such an important skill to practise?
Join us for an insightful and interactive workshop where we will:
- Explore the emotional and psychological reasons behind our struggle to reach out
- Engage in meaningful discussions in a supportive, judgment-free space
- Learn why asking for help is not weakness, but an act of connection and self-care
This workshop is open to everyone — whether you find it hard to ask for help yourself, or simply wish to understand this human challenge more deeply.
We look forward to a meaningful and enriching conversation with you.
