Join our workshop on Tuesday, February 3rd at 17:30 – 20:00
Life experiences from early relationships to ongoing stress, conflict, or challenges at work — can leave lasting emotional traces. When these experiences are not adequately processed, they may develop into invisible trauma: internal wounds that influence how we relate to ourselves and others, often without conscious awareness.
This session offers an accessible introduction to understanding invisible trauma and its impact on emotional regulation, relationships, and everyday functioning. Using an experiential and practical approach, participants will explore how past and present experiences shape patterns of connection, communication, and self-protection.
The workshop places particular emphasis on relational self-care — the ability to care for oneself within relationships by building awareness, boundaries, and supportive internal and interpersonal resources. Through guided exercises, reflection, and psychoeducation, participants will gain practical tools that can be applied in personal and professional contexts.
This session is designed for individuals seeking greater self-understanding and practical strategies to navigate ongoing life challenges with more clarity, resilience, and connection. No prior experience or clinical background is required.
The workshop will be guided by:

The evening will be hosted by Elena B. Martins, PhD. Integrative Psychotherapist in training and postdoctoral researcher in Psychology (University of Copenhagen)
