How can we say no without guilt? How can we express yes without fear? In a world of constant demands, setting healthy boundaries is essential — yet many of us struggle, swinging between defensiveness, passivity, or aggression.
Join us for an experiential workshop where we’ll explore how to establish authentic, respectful boundaries grounded in awareness and embodied presence. Drawing from integrative therapy, this session invites you to reconnect with your felt sense, discover where your limits truly lie, and practice expressing them with clarity and compassion.
Through gentle movement, experiential exercises, and guided reflection, you’ll learn to:
- Recognize your personal signs of overwhelm and openness
- Shift from reactive patterns to conscious responses
- Communicate limits without closing your heart
- Embody the confidence to hold your ground, kindly
Come as you are. Leave with tools to bring more authenticity, freedom, and ease into your relationships — starting with yourself.
