We often know what we want in connection: depth, honesty, warmth, safety, meaning. But knowing what we need is not the same as being emotionally available enough to live it.
This workshop explores emotional availability through a psychological, relational, and existential lens: how we protect ourselves, how we communicate needs, how we stay present after being seen, and how real intimacy asks us to risk a little more truth.
It is not about becoming endlessly open or emotionally exposed.
It is about learning how to stay connected to yourself while allowing a little more honesty, presence, and emotional risk in connection.
Because intimacy often begins the moment we stop managing how we appear and allow ourselves to be more genuinely met.
I look forward to seeing you!
