Most of us know the feeling of having a lot on our plate – many tasks, many thoughts, many expectations at once. Nothing has to be “wrong” for life to feel full, busy, or mentally crowded from time to time.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to better understand their own reactions to pressure and learn practical tools to navigate emotional overload in everyday life.
In this workshop, you will learn to recognize when stress and overwhelm are building up and get practical tools to manage it.
You will:
- Spot early signs of emotional overload
- Map out your controllable, uncontrollable, and invisible stressors
- Practice grounding and mental reset exercises
- Identify personal coping strategies and take small, actionable steps
You will leave with concrete tools to reduce stress, regain clarity, and support your mental
well-being in daily life.

The workshop will be guided by:
Psychologist Pola (MSc Clinical Psychology), who brings both clinical expertise and lived experience as an immigrant to her work with internationals facing anxiety, stress and adaptation challenges.
