If you are reading this, there is a high chance you have set a New Year’s resolution and started a new healthy habit. Statistically speaking, you will likely give up in around 10 days. While gym owners and frequent visitors count the days until the end of January, we are going to try to help you join the “frequent” ranks.
- This workshop will help you understand how habits are built – and how you can build ones that last. In the knowledge-sharing part of the workshop, we will discuss evidence-based concepts that can make healthy habit-building less daunting.
- Through guided exercises and group sharing, you’ll have space to reflect, practice, and commit to small, meaningful steps in a direction that matters to you.
Optional preparation: Think of a healthy habit you need help starting or maintaining. As with all Blom Collective workshops, you can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and you are welcome just as you are.
