Join us for an inspiring experience
👉 Sunday October 20 at 14:00 to 16:00 – Close to Klampenborg st.
In a world that nudges us to seek grand experiences, how can we find contentment in the simple and ordinary moments of our lives?
During this workshop, we will move our bodies and engage our senses to explore the impact of Nature Therapy on our mental health 💚
Together, we’ll slow down the pace to smell, see, touch, and hear the nuances of Dyrehaven: the soft moss, uneven tree barks, aromatic mushrooms, and chirping birds. Through guided sensory and reflective practices, we’ll regulate our nervous systems and search for ways to engage with nature that bring us a sense of contentment 🍂
As we savour a seasonal cake and tea, we’ll reflect on how this more present and embodied way of living can impact our well-being and enrich our day-to-day experiences.
This workshop is open to anyone and no prior experience is necessary. Research on Nature Therapy has shown it can have a positive effect on mental health, particularly in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. There will be a short introduction to Nature Therapy at the beginning of our time together 🫶
The workshop will be guided by:
Dominika Majewska, who works with Nature Therapy, and Immersive Nature Experiences.
Meeting point: Close to the Klampenborg St. by Hestevognene
