Perfectionism often disguises itself as ambition, yet behind the pursuit of “always better” lies exhaustion, anxiety, and a quiet fear of never being enough. This workshop invites you to explore how perfectionism manifests in your daily life and how it may be undermining your creativity, confidence, and well-being—especially during times of transition and cultural adjustment.
Through an engaging 20-minute talk, interactive exercises, and lighthearted improv-based activities, you’ll discover how to move from rigid self-criticism toward a freer, more compassionate relationship with excellence. Together, we’ll unpack why perfectionism has become a modern epidemic, what it costs us, and how releasing it can open space for authenticity, courage, and connection.
Rooted in the principles of positive psychology and mental well-being, this session offers a mix of insight, laughter, and reflection—helping you rediscover that the real joy of excellence lies not in flawlessness, but in presence, progress, and genuine human growth.
We look forward to a meaningful and enriching evening with you.
