Welcome to an evening dedicated to bringing a calm and gentle awareness to the present moment.
In a world full of distractions, it is easy to lose connection with ourselves. This session will invite the awareness of your body, your thoughts, and your feelings through guided meditations and reflection, giving you a chance to tune “in” in a relaxed, supportive space.
You are invited to become curious about your inner landscape with compassion and without judgment. This is an invitation to explore the possibility of simply being with what is, with your whole self without needing to change it.
The angle of this workshop is mindfulness, present-moment awareness with a focus on gentle self-exploration. It is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and gently explore your own present-moment experience in a meditative, compassionate and non-judgmental way.
