How to Know, Name & Honor Your Relational Needs
What if the connection you’re seeking isn’t just about finding the right person—but about learning to show up as the real you?
In this experiential workshop, led by psychologist and existential psychotherapist Persefoni Kaltaki, we invite you into a reflective and deeply human exploration of what it truly means to connect.
Whether you’re navigating friendships, dating, or long-term relationships, many of us struggle to answer the most fundamental questions:
• What do I actually need to feel real, safe, and alive in connection?
• Where do I hide behind performance, politeness, or a False Self?
• What am I afraid of others might see—and what might they see if I dared to be known?
Rooted in existential psychology, this workshop offers a space to slow down, reflect, and name what often goes unnamed in our relational lives. Together, we’ll explore the courage it takes to be authentic, the emotional and intellectual needs that shape how we connect, and how cultural transitions—like living as an expat—can both challenge and deepen our relational patterns.
Through guided self-inquiry, relational mapping and group dialogue, you’ll begin to untangle the tension between your longing for connection and your fear of being seen.
You’ll learn:
• The difference between surface contact and emotional resonance
• Why real connection begins where performance ends
• How to identify and express your emotional and intellectual criteria
• Practical ways to show up with more of your truth—and less of your mask
You don’t need to be perfect to be loved.
But you do need to be present.
This workshop isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about meeting yourself—honestly, gently—and learning to relate with others from that place.
Because at the heart of every meaningful connection is one brave question:
Am I willing to be known?
