Feeling at home is often associated with a place, but for many of us it is also connected to the people around us, our bodies, and the relationship we have with ourselves. Our sense of home can change throughout life as we move, grow, build relationships, experience loss, or find ourselves in new environments. Sometimes we discover that home is something we have to create, rather than simply find.
This workshop is an invitation to explore what “feeling at home” means to you. Together, we will explore the many ways we experience home, and how that experience changes throughout our lives. Through shared discussion and guided experiences, you will have an opportunity to deepen your awareness of what home means to you today, what contributes to that feeling, and what might want to grow.
As with all Blom Collective workshops, you can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and you are welcome just as you are.
