Sleep (ONLINE event)

Sleep has fascinated humankind to such an extent that deities representing it have existed across many ancient cultures. Yet, in a time of blue-lit screens, ambitions and anxieties competing for our devotion, sleep deficits and disturbances are increasingly affecting our mental health. One third of the population reports feeling sleep-deprived and sleep disorders are on the rise. 

Tonight, we will change things up a bit, and join from the comfort of our home. So switch your screens to night-mode, wear your favorite PJs, bring your favorite cup of night-tea, and a journal and pen, if you wish. We will explore some simple tips for replenishing sleep, indulge in guided meditation, and share with one another.  

The event will be hosted by Aglaia Michelaki, Clinical Psychotherapist and Certified Mindfulness Instructor (MBSR).
