Moving to a new country means rebuilding the invisible structure of daily life, very often from scratch. This 2-hour workshop explores why that is genuinely hard, and what actually helps: understanding how routine creates safety and stability, identifying what is within your control, and building small, honest habits that fit your real life.
In this workshop, you will:
- Explore why the loss of everyday structure affects us more deeply than we expect
- Understand the connection between routine, safety, and mental well-being
- Identify what is within your control – and what you may still be grieving
- Map out small, realistic anchors that fit your actual life right now
- Practice a simple weekly reset exercise you can start using immediately
You will leave with a personal weekly reset tool and a clearer sense of how to build stability without pressure or perfection.
