If you’ve ever felt resistance to embracing self-kindness and compassion, you’re not alone.
It can feel new and uncomfortable to treat yourself with warmth and patience when approaching unfavourable life circumstances, distressing thoughts and emotions.
In this nature therapy workshop, we’ll explore ways to soften our barriers to self-kindness through different activities that involve movement, senses, and the healing power of nature.
At the end of the workshop we’ll enjoy warm tea, cake and reflect together.
Intentions for the workshop
Insight into Self-Compassion: Instead of thinking about self-compassion as an abstract concept, we’ll explore what it means for each of us to be kind to ourselves in our day-to-day lives.
Nature Therapy: Find inspiration for different ways of spending time in natural surroundings.
Community: Co-create a safe space for everyone in the community to feel accepted and welcome 🫶
The workshop will be guided by:
Dominika Majewska, who works with Nature Therapy, and Immersive Nature Experiences.

If you can, then bring a cup, warm layers, a notebook or paper and a pen, and something to sit on. If you have a thermo bottle, you’re welcome to bring some warm tea with you 🍵
