When someone we care about is struggling, our instinct to help can quickly turn into pressure to fix – leaving us exhausted, resentful, and sometimes not even helpful.
We want to listen, validate their feelings, and understand what they actually need – but knowing how to do that well can be harder than it sounds.
In this workshop, we explore what it actually means to support someone well:
- how to listen without taking over
- how to ask what someone needs instead of assuming
- how to recognize where our responsibility ends and theirs begins
Join us for an honest, thought-provoking conversation about support, boundaries, and how to be present for others without losing yourself in the process.
You’ll leave with practical tools for clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and a more sustainable way of showing up for the people in your life.
