Have you experienced the end of a relationship, a difficult goodbye, a love that couldn’t happen, or the loss of something you deeply hoped for?
Heartbreak can take many forms, and sometimes what we are grieving is not only a person, but also a love we felt, a connection, a possibility, or a future we imagined.
This workshop offers a gentle space to explore heartbreak through creative activities, reflection, and shared experience.
We will not analyse or try to fix what hurts, but instead explore ways of noticing, expressing, and holding difficult feelings with greater gentleness.
You are welcome to participate in your own way, and you never have to share anything you don’t want to.

Our host for the night:
Elena Martins, psychotherapist and mental health researcher.
