Relational Self-Awareness – Understanding who we become in connection

You asked and we delivered, this workshop returns for those who want to revisit, deepen, or experience the conversation for the first time.

It calles for those who wonder if the connection they are seeking is not only about finding the right person, but about understanding who we become when we are in relationship with others?

This workshop offers a reflective and deeply human space to ask:

  • What do I actually need in order to feel safe, real, and alive in connection?
  • What patterns do I repeat in friendships, dating, intimacy, or long-term relationships?
  • What am I protecting when I become distant, pleasing, guarded, or overly self-sufficient?
  • How can I understand myself more clearly in the relationships that matter to me?

Rooted in existential psychology and relational reflection, this workshop invites you to slow down and look honestly at the way you meet others and the way you allow yourself to be met.

Together, we will explore the emotional and intellectual needs that shape connection, the protective strategies we develop to stay safe, and the tension between longing to be known and fearing what might happen if we are.

Through guided self-reflection, relational mapping, and group dialogue, you will begin to recognize not only what you want from connection, but also how you participate in creating, avoiding, sustaining, or interrupting it.

You’ll explore:

Practical ways to relate with more clarity, honesty, and self-awareness. Because at the heart of every meaningful connection is one question:
Am I willing to be known?

  • The difference between surface contact and emotional resonance
  • How emotional and intellectual needs shape your relational choices
  • Why performance and politeness can sometimes replace authenticity
  • How the False Self protects us, but can also keep us lonely
  • What your repeated relational patterns may be trying to reveal

I look forward to seeing you!
