Join us Tuesday, June 11th, as we delve into the transformative power of emotional literacy in enriching our overall well-being.

Drawing from Brené Brown’s insightful research and storytelling in “Atlas of the Heart,” where she maps out 87 distinct emotions and experiences that define human existence, we’ll explore how developing a rich emotional vocabulary and the ability to articulate our emotions more accurately:
– can heighten our self-awareness
– help us to regulate emotional responses
– navigate challenging decisions
– and cultivate healthier relationships.

Hosts of the evening
Amy Princehorn, a university psychology and research graduate and Strategic Coach Pedro Machado will deliver the presentation and facilitate self-reflection and discussion.

Join us each Tuesday as we delve into a new topic aimed at enhancing mental well-being and fostering meaningful conversations among expatriates in Denmark. Our focus centres on personal development, engaging in enriching conversations, and finding pathways through personal experiences of stress, anxiety or depression and similar states of mind.
