Art Workshop: Transitions

Join us in the Garden of the Royal Library for an Art Workshop on Transitions.
There are beautiful late summer vibes in the air even though the meteorological calendar indicates autumn.

This workshop invites you to explore both the universal and personal transitions we all face—from seasonal changes to life’s varied evolutions, such as changing jobs, moving residences, or experiencing changes in our relationships.

Transition represent a movement from one state to another, often filled with elements of the unknown, which can be disorienting.

This workshop will help us to map out our emotions, hopefully calming our anxieties and
help us to reflect on our fears and opportunities, empowering us to take the next steps.

We’ll be working with pencils, crayons, water colours and markers. Art supplies and snacks will be waiting for you at in the garden. Please consider bringing a water bottle and something to sit on.

Note:
This time, we are meeting at the beautiful Garden of the Royal Library.
Address: Bibliotekshaven, Proviantpassagen 1, 1218 København

Hosts for the evening:
The workshop will be hosted by artist/architect and mental health ambassador Agnija Rubene and certified coach Pedro Machado.
