Communication in Relationships & Attachment Styles

British psychiatrist and psychoanalyst John Bowlby described attachment as the central source to attain lasting psychological connectedness between human beings. Join us this Tuesday, May 21, from 17:00 to 19:30 to learn about how our communication and relationship with others may be influenced by our attachment styles.

The presentation will explore how the four primary attachment styles develop from our early experiences and discuss some strategies which may assist in fostering more secure thoughts, feelings and behaviours in our relationships.

Host of the evening
Amy Princehorn, a university psychology and research graduate will deliver the presentation, integrating creative activities to facilitate self-reflection in our communication and connection with others.

Looking forward to seeing you.
Kindest greetings
