Join us for a Workshop on the central role of the heart in our lives
Our heart has a wide range of meanings across cultures and traditions. Very often seen as a symbol associated with love, inner wisdom and trust. Nowadays, it is neuroscience which is showing the central role of the heart in our lives by serving as a main source of self-regulation and co-regulation with others. As a result, connecting and harmonizing with the energy of our heart can lead us to gain clarity and make better decisions that are aligned with our deepest needs and desires.

Come to explore and experiment different ways to unlock the potential of your heart.

Join us each Tuesday as we delve into a new topic aimed at enhancing mental well-being and fostering meaningful conversations among expatriates in Denmark. Our focus centres on personal development, engaging in enriching conversations, and finding pathways through personal experiences of stress, anxiety or depression and similar states of mind.
