Rejection – How to move on

Rejection is a universal experience that can leave us feeling hurt, misunderstood, and disconnected. However, it is also an opportunity for growth, self-reflection, and personal empowerment.

In this safe and supportive space, we will explore the theme of rejection and its impact on our lives.

During this workshop, we will delve into various aspects of rejection, including:

🌟 Exploring different types of rejection and their effects

🌟 Learning practical strategies and coping mechanisms
🌟 Building resilience and self-compassion

Whether you have recently experienced rejection or simply curious of this topic, this workshop is open for you. Don’t let rejection hold you back. Embrace the power within and thrive amidst life’s challenges. We look forward to welcoming you!
