Rejection – How to move on

Rejection is a universal experience that can leave us feeling hurt, misunderstood, and disconnected. However, it is also an opportunity for growth, self-reflection, and personal empowerment.

In this safe and supportive space, we will explore the theme of rejection and its impact on our lives.

During this workshop, we will delve into various aspects of rejection, including:
🌟 Understanding the psychology behind rejection
🌟 Exploring different types of rejection and their effects
🌟 Identifying personal patterns and beliefs related to rejection
🌟 Learning practical strategies and coping mechanisms
🌟 Building resilience and self-compassion

Whether you have recently experienced rejection or simply curious of this topic, this workshop is open for you. Don’t let rejection hold you back. Embrace the power within and thrive amidst life’s challenges. We look forward to welcoming you!

Looking forward to seeing you.
Kindest greetings.

Notice an important change: Beginning March 5th, our Tuesday workshops in English will continue to be free of charge for participants who are joining for the first time as well as for active members.

If it’s not your first time, and you are not an active member yet, then we very much hope that you will grant us the sincere wish and need to find ways to make our community sustainable – and that you will stay with us and engage with us by supporting our efforts with a small yearly membership fee of 199 DKK per year.

We hope that everybody will stay with us through this change of policy.

In every way, we are eager to integrate and grow our community, for which we need sustainable ways to cover expenses. Our goal is to have a creative, supportive and meaningful space for individuals that came to live in Denmark, to promote mental health and helping handle stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder related conditions. A home for all of us who wish to engage with others on interesting and relevant mental health and personal development topics, facilitated by our volunteers.

We hope you will join us by becoming a member and supporting our community. We thank you for your understanding and are hoping for your acceptance of this policy change.

If you are not yet a member, you can join us via this form: depressionsforeningen.dk/member.
