Sunday Nov. 19th, at 9:30 – 16:30

Come and join us for this Weekend Group Therapy Workshop for Mental Resilience

Changing seasons and limited daylight can impact our mental well-being, especially here in the north. Mood swings, depressive thoughts, anxiety, self doubt, lack of energy and motivation are some of the symptoms that are experienced by many. Join us to explore and learn how to better support yourself during these challenging months.

Group therapy offers an opportunity to explore your inner states with the support and active participation of others who are also interested in understanding themselves and their life experiences.

Together, we will focus on the following key themes:

  1. Navigating the impact of changing seasons on your well-being.
  2. Enhancing self-awareness and self-understanding.
  3. Building resilience and a robust support system for yourself.

The sessions are open to all who are curious to explore those themes in a group therapy setting.

Facilitators:
The group meetings will be facilitated by leaders with knowledge and experience in Psychology, Gestalt Psychotherapy and Mindfulness. This weekend the group is led by Raminta and Jonas who are 5th-year students at GIS-International and they are working under supervision. They are members of Dansk Psykoterapeutforening and work under duty of confidentiality.
